Okay, so I'm not a save the date girl...
but many of you are getting your calendars filled~
here's what I know~
of course all things subject to change :)
Every Thursday we will be having our regular reach out~ we meet at 4pm at the Gonzalez Home and then GO!
We will plan some Friday nights in September and October to hit the heroin ally in San Francisco~ check back~
and we will have a baby shower every month during one of our Thursdays~
we need worship leaders, cupcakes and face painters... and does anyone have a helium tank or balloons?
Below are some good family outreaches in addition to our regular Thursdays~
most of these are on Saturdays!
August best time to find 50-75% off toys for Christmas! GO SHOPPING!!!
August 9th baby shower in Roseland... kids start school next week so let's try and get this one in before school starts!
September 1st ~ MAYBE a Labor Day outreach to skid row.... MAYBE... I will coordinate w/ Bobby and Dot who's in?
I'm thinking drive down after work Friday afternoon and drive home Saturday night after outreach~
A quick, overnight trip! Cost would be minimal and you'd still be home for Sunday and Monday!
September, KENYA, AFRICA! Please pray our first team will be going4GOD to Kenya this September!
October 5-8 Daytona Beach RAVEN gathering GO! We will be booking our tickets at end of August.
October 13 MAYBE a VBS outreach to Apple Valley... MAYBE... I am coordinating w/ Gina it may get pushed forward? family
October 27 trunk or treat in 3 neighborhoods in Santa Rosa... so when candy comes out start storing it! good family outreach
November 17~ homeless thanksgiving outreach... coordinating with Dry Creek~ across sonoma county good family outreach
December 1st Tijuana, Mexico Christmas outreach... coordinating w/ Streetwise good family outreach
December 15 Santa Rosa Christmas outreach... coordinating with Dry Creek~ across Sonoma County good family outreach
January~ Maddie to India!
February~ Mardi Gras!
March~ back down to Skid Row!
April~ spring break! Mexico? and street bbqs across Santa Rosa
I'll need u to remind me of these dates as we get closer :)

karen, i know the 9th is coming quickly for roseland~ but i'm thinking school starts the very next week and so our helpers will be few and there are all kinds of back to school nights/soccer meetings, etc that begin that very next week~ do you think we could pull it off? we need at least 5 boy bags and 2 girl bags for roseland~ i think last time we made the bags they were for roseland and we took them to west ninth by accident... i'm pretty sure we still have the names.
