THANK YOU GOD!

Tired, energized, restored hope for families in gulf coast! If you have driven by you'd have seen today what God brought to our home in one day...it's still here, come take a look, see what God has done!
Friends, old and new, servants of love and laughter amid controlled chaos. Judy even said that things looked clearer tonight...WOW! We had the Donaghy family, Richard, Karen, Josiah & Hez work, WORK all day. And not only work, but with love and a smile for HOURS.

We had friends come from near and far: Christina Franco, Heather Brascia, Katie, Malachai, Obadiah, Natalie & Jeremy, Russ & Patti Moreci, Sindy Yancy, Sue Schuwabauer, Kim Kobre, Oden, Vinnie, Jim & Lisa Broyles, Deb Wadell, Lisa Weger, Jana, Lupe & family w/ donations from Sonoma Academy (sorry I just missed you!), Jenny Jorgensen, Kasey Richard, Tory, Crissi, Linda and Brenda and so many more...

There was Carrie Tate, Cindy Matson, Olwyne Nesbitt, Judy and Jeff Harris, Ashlee Nichols, Liz Jones, Jana Smith, Katie, Patti, Crissi, Christian and Jeremy here to pray. We prayed for families, strength, lives knowing God, courage, healing, provisions, safety, relationships, servants, LOVE, HOPE and JOY to be restored. We praised God for what He is doing here in this community, across the nation and in the Gulf. For the countless families that have come to donate, share their lives, their time, their money so selfless. We praised God for our team who is there, for Pastor Troy and Melanie Bohn, leaders, children we don't know and children we are raising. We sang. We worshiped. We praised!

I have to thank everyone for going beyond what I thought I could expect. And some of you I've already mentioned and others I may have missed. I must say that meeting Genevieve & Jon Diamond through my dear cousin Shannon Antonini was a blessing. Genevieve came with an entire trailer load from Rohnert Park Mothers Club, Tina Wolf, Grant School Community, Local Mothers of Petaluma, Juliet Clark of Marin. I'll let her blog her experience this week and I pray she'll be posted on our testimony page soon. Although she may have had some glitches in her plan, we both got to meet today, express our joy about today and I'm blessed having met her family. Dinner, soon!

God also brought into our home Liz Jones. What can I say? She was here for 14 hours plus. Every task done w/ a willingness, fully equipped and kind. She's the type of person that grace radiates from with calm and she managed all the computer/phone tasks of the day. I now believe what Pastor Dan said, that when we take a step of faith, God meets us, He's right behind us. And today, God sent us Liz! A great day!

Charles Gibson greeted us this morning with a bag full of outlined maps for our team and charmed our day with candy and a smile. Vinnie and Oden stopped in to help unload jeep, fix computer, affirm their mission and encourage everyone else. They're ready to go4God!

Grandpa and Ba took us out for dinner tonight for much needed respite, refreshment, food and family, perfect timing. Thank you to Anthony, Maddie and Cece who are standing in faith with me as dad is faraway!

Lord, the angels that walk among us, lest we never forget that your timing is perfect, your plan is perfect and when things seem overwhelming let us as Carrie quoted tonight, "Be still and remember." Thank you Jesus, for all those that I have listed, for those I may not have listed but was surely blessed by. You are such an awesome God! THANK YOU. Please bless all who came today, those who called (Nikki Caldon from Lake County, Sandie, Gina Dee with flight info, Thomas Costello w/ internet flights), use us for your work to be done in the lives of others by sending all these blessings from so many to the people of the Gulf Coast who are in desperate need for the basics! Bless all of them with abundance! Bless them with mercy, adoration and HOPE! Thank you Jesus, in your name, AMEN.
