"I'm getting in touch with the Lord!"

Ashley told her mom that on the phone...
She has been coming to outreach for several weeks and last night
she and other youth gathered for dinner and to 'get in touch with the Lord,'
and filled our living room for nearly three hours.
Before they started diving into Matthew, Pastor Rudy prayed for them~
He spoke about how powerful the Living God is and HIS living word
and reminded them to take it seriously, but that he didn't want to hinder what
God was doing. This night was ordained by the Lord, not something we have
told them to do, but rather they told us "parents" they were going to gather.
I liked the way Ashley put it to her mom, "I'm getting in touch with the Lord."
After driving a couple of them home, it was clear that they took it seriously.
Around 10 last night, Cece was still preaching and I have never heard Matthew be
revealed like she was bringing it~ the Holy Spirit was using her to teach me (again).
So, this morning, I ask all of you to not hinder the 'young' ones.
Cece was saying she thinks she needs to tell Pastor Troy that there needs to be an
international live 'youth' broadcast gathering weekly online...
After last night, I would have to say amen.
I am still blown away.
