i was just walking and my two kids (very young) were asking me what we could eat
cece, go get some bags
and i didn't know what i was going to feed them

and i just said, God, what will i have and then you asked me if i wanted some food

we then gave glory to our LORD.
we shared 6 bags of groceries and a bag of clothes, a soccer ball, hugs and most of all, the gospel.
testimonies of healing shared, petitions heard.

thank you LORD, for showing up in my front yard again, in the dark.
to a mother of three with two hungry kids and no bus money
thank you for the five bucks in my pocket that i just happened to slip in my pocket this morning
thank you for the load of beautiful food, cranberry bread, chocolate cupcakes, shepherds bread, sourdough, apples, bananas, red pears and cuties.
thank you for the glance outside from maddie's room and cece's willingness to pray with me and them at a moments notice.
thank you for the bags of clothes at the foot of the cross that showed up while i wasn't home.
thank you LORD.

if ....
if it was all for them, tonight....
then....
it has all been worth it.
