as we come together throughout the day and night online
please join us in thanksgiving to praise JESUS for:
HIS goodness
HIS protection
HIS mercy
HIS faithfulness to each of us
HIS constant presence
HIS unfailing love
HIS power
HIS almighty hand
HIS holiness
please join us in saying HOLY HOLY HOLY is the LORD!
whose majesty is known throughout the nations
whose mercy endures forever!
thank YOU LORD for:
sending the laborers
for opportunities in our homes, neighborhoods, cities
to serve YOU and draw near to YOU
for your word oh GOD that does not return void
for our mouths, our hands, our feet
for provision
and for assembling your children together to exhort each other on
through the internet, text messages, in person visits
for seeing us on the other side of every storm
for bbq chicken from teenagers willing to serve
for pots full of rice and cases of water and cookies
for thousands of pounds of potatoes
and onions and boxes of snacks
for newborn diapers and baby hats
for giftbags and children's books
for guitars and musicians and songs of praise
for a prayer from a child who brought many to tears last night
for the love of grandmothers and grandpas
for cousins
for childlike faith
for pastors who are walking out their salvation with fear and trembling
for friends and relatives coming to repentance
for the unborn and for the born again
for gateway fellowship's worship team coming out to serve
we give thanks for those who came to hear the good news for the very first time
last night from those willing to be obedient to YOU
we thank YOU LORD for the college youth who are preaching the word
and for the middle schoolers who are not denying YOU
we thank YOU for the trucks and vans
and vehicles and cupcakes
there is just so much to thank YOU for, Father~
we thank YOU that YOU don't require us to have a certain
age, ability, experience or degree to be used for your glory~
but that YOU are faithful to us~
we thank YOU,
most of all, JESUS...
we thank YOU for your sacrifice
and what it means to us
no greater love...
JESUS
we come humbly before YOU to give YOU thanks
we ask boldly for more JESUS, more~
fill us to the brim HOLY SPIRIT that we may bring glory
and honor to your name!
JESUS, have mercy on those who are tired today
may they not grow weary for doing good
heal the tired feet, hands and help us keep our faces towards YOU
we love YOU and count it an honor to be in your presence.
