JOSE AND HIS BROTHERS

i don't know if Jose was saved.  i hope he was.  i don't know if he is with the Lord now.  i hope he is.  i do know he was a child of God, a boy, a young man, and God loved him so much He sent His son to die for him.  He will have no second chance at this life.  This life, this fleeting eye-blink of a life that God gives us, is over for Jose.  He will know no more pain or sorrow, laughter or joy.  We can pray for his family now, the ones left behind to grieve, the ones that loved him.  May God hold them in His arms and bring them peace. May He send comfort and healing. We can pray for all of us, that we are filled with the boldness and courage of the Holy Ghost to not let another boy die without stopping to talk with him, warn him, pray with him, save him.  They are Jose's brothers, the ones we need to pray for now.  The ones people are afraid of or write off as making bad choices.  The choice is ours now.  We will step up and pray for them, reach out to them, save them.  It is what we are called to do and what we will do.  This is how we all go on from here, this is how we serve our great and loving God.  We love each soul we meet right where they are and we give them a chance to know Jesus.  We offer them the greatest gift that ever was or ever will be.  Thank you Jesus.  i love you.  Amen.
