 UGO4GODS-HOPE FOR THE HOMELESS
Took two previous homeless, Popeye and Gary, ( you might remember Gary from under the oaks service where he excepted Christ and asked for him to stop his addiction.), out to the flea market on Saturday morning to sell some donated items. They were each to get 25 percent of the profit with the rest of it going back into the ministry to help pay for the weekly sack food giveaway and repairs on the new Hope for the homeless motorhome donated by Mark. ( God bless you ) Thou I think this is a good idea and away to involve the homeless with supporting the ministry, this time we didn't sell much anded chalked it up to a learning experience.
I am looking for new ways to involve even more homeless. If you have any suggestions, email me at brian@ugo4god I am also  taking more donations for the next sale. I am also in need of sleeping bags, tents, socks and underwear,(size 34,36, socks,10 to13)
Gary told me that James died. He died laying in a field, on the ground with a blanket around. His addiction and the street finally killed him. I knew him for over a year and had many conversations with him both about life and our Lord. I cry because I miss him, because this happens often in my encampment, because our Lord used me to give him the word.
